The late Evagoras Lanitis’ vision was to create a hotel with the best specifications and timeless quality. His vision was accomplished in November 1971, when he placed the cornerstone of the building which meant to stand out as an impressive luxurious 5-star hotel. The inspiring architectural design of the hotel by the famous “American Architects Collaborative” (TAC), after a period more than 50 years continues to be modern and yet striking.
